Confirmed from Horsemen's Center Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

A warning to all future visitors, the park closes as soon as it gets dark, not 6:30 like it says on here. If you are not out of the parking lot by the time the sun is set, they WILL lock you in. And maybe even get mad at you as if you're a misbehaving kid, even if it's your FIRST time here.

Hiking the hills are fun and not to difficult even for younger kids or out of shape people like myself. We also played on the playground and used the bathroom. Everything was clean and not to many people . Grass is the only issue but what do you expect in the desert.

For over 30 years, this is one of my favorite places to go wander around and hike through the rocks with friends and family, even the little tiny ones. When I was a teenager, we used to watch BMX races, and to this day, around the foot of the mountain, you can still see a lot of dirt bikes and off-road vehicle…

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
