Confirmed from Hunters Glen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Hunters Glen Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (455 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🌳 shaded & cool 3 mentions

“There's some shade from few trees but preferably bring your own chair and umbrella.”

Splash pad is big with lots of different spouts for different soze kiddos. Playground is fully covered & basketball court is 1/2 covered 1/2 uncovered. Walking path. Pinic tables & grills. There is plenty of parking & Fiesta is right across the field if you need something.

Had our 1st Juneteenth celebration and parade here as always. But now it is a Federal Official Holiday !!! Water park for the kids, basketball goals for the BIG kids, food, vendors ,music and everyone just out to celebrate and gave a good time. It was a wonderful event !!!🥰 HAPPY JUNETEENTH !!!

The park is nice. They have a splash pad, playground and basketball court. I went for the trail to run. I wish it were just a tad bit longer than .61 mile. The parking lot is a little small but it's a small park so it's expected. Oh I almost forgot it has workout machines around the track which is pretty cool.

★★★★☆ — Kim , May 2022

Park is really nice and huge! Needs to be maintained more often with the landscaping! Dog poop on the trail often because of residents not picking up behind their animals. Needs stations with waste bags! Other than that its really quiet and there are nice friendly people along the trail!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 4 mentions

“Has restrooms, a track with a mini work out area, water fountains walking track, huge field to or all activity and a pavilion that could be rented if needed .”
