We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Huntington Beach Central Park yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a playground, trails, and picnic areas, plus restrooms.
What runners say about Huntington Beach Central Park
“It is also well maintained.”
“Huntington Central Park is a beautiful urban oasis with expansive green spaces, sports facilities, and walking trails.”
This was a nice and cozy place, which has a paved walking trail. The parking lot was enough for about 50 cars. It's circular one way, so safer. There's a playground area for young kids can play. Also, they have a public restroom building. It is also well maintained. I saw a person taking care of it.
Huntington Central Park is a beautiful urban oasis with expansive green spaces, sports facilities, and walking trails. It's our go-to destination for relaxation and family fun.
It's about 1.2 miles to run around the trail. Very nice park, the restrooms are a bit... Cultured. Wonderful place for a picnic, or a jog. Haven't seen the Cafe open yet. I really recommend going for a run here, the path is level and the view is amazing. There's a lake and access to the library.
Beautiful park to go and take a walk around the lake. I enjoyed being there taking some pictures.
