Confirmed from Indiana Dunes State Park Lakeview's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful beach with massive shore area, when you arrive there are limited parks so you want to plan a head. Very relaxing great for walks and picnics. I recommend visiting
Loved my experience at Indiana Dunes! Lakeview Beach is clean and the park facilities (restrooms, picnic tables, etc.) are in great condition. It's great that Indiana Dunes is drivable from many of the more "landlocked" cities, especially if you're looking for a change of scenery.
Beautiful scenic spot! If you plan on parking here, pay the fees in advance. There are rangers or attendants waking around and checking for permits. Restroom was opened and clean.
A very nice for beach lovers and good trails for trail lovers. Few of those uphill trails can be exhausting as the sand slips when you climb
