Confirmed from Iron Hill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly park featuring a playground and disc golf, plus picnic tables and hiking trails.
What runners say about Iron Hill Park
“Best dog park in that area, always clean, and the people there are always friendly.”
“It's very shady over the play equipment, so that's awesome.”
Our dog absolutely loves walking the trails here. Everyone we bump into is friendly and the grounds are well maintained.
I have been here many times. Mostly to hike and find geocaches. Lots of them in the park. Great hiking with minor elevation changes. Plenty of parking. Port a potty on site. Looks like it it is big for disc golf. Also a play ground for kids.
Geocaching adventures here. Taking part in Adventure Labs part of geocaching. Wish the road was better paved and especially maintenance on the speed bumps. BE CAREFUL TO GO REALLY SLOW OR BUMPS WILL BOTTOM YOUR CAR OUT AND DEFINITELY DESTROY SOMETHING ON VEHICLES.
Inventive Frisbee golf course that is consistently taken care of and upgraded. Bike trails. Walking paths. Fenced off leash dog park. Playground. Decent place to hang out for an afternoon if you like outdoor activities. Not much space to just relax.

The practical stuff
