Confirmed from J. Frank Wilson Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

It's a peaceful place to work, rest or play. The park sits on about 30 acres with a great selection of amenities the whole family can enjoy. Wilson Park has something for everyone. One of my favorite parks I've ever visited, Wilson Park has something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you want to take a brisk morning walk, play some horseshoes, or let the kids play on the playground while you catch up on your new book, Wilson park provides many leisure opportunities to a wide variety of demographics.

This is a gem in the middle of a lack luster town. Bike and hiking trails were in great shape. There is ample parking within the park and just outside the gates. The playground is in fair shape. Full basketball court. Shelters with picnic tables and grills. Running water restrooms.

★★★★☆ — Nick , Dec 2017

This course has 18. Though the course is in need of some serious maintenance, tee boxes and signage, I found the course to offer challenges in throwing the disc uphill, downhill, and straight. The terrain was challenging exercising my legs, but may have been different had I not been playing alone and short on time.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
