This is a great trailhead. It has some hilly moments which will tire you out but is overall very well taken care of, peaceful and lovely. I have walked this trailhead up and down for years. So good.
This trail appears to be paved the whole way. Bathrooms at the top of the trail head. Lots of benchs along the way. A few picnic tables. Great for bike riding, jogging, hiking, dog walking, etc... etc... The trail joins with the main road at certain areas, but it clearly marked with bicycle and walking paths.
A nice area to relax or wander a trail. Having an actual bathroom is a plus (instead of portapotties)
