Confirmed from Jackie Gleason Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park featuring basketball, a splash pad, picnic areas, and a children's playground.
What runners say about Jackie Gleason Park
“My daughter loves this park it's very clean and has different sections for the kids to enjoy plus it also has a basketball court where the adults and bigger kids can play.”
“There's a nice basketball court there too, plus nice shaded area to run around.”
This is a great park. I used to bring my children here who are now 26 years old. Today, I get to bring my nephews here along with my grandson to enjoy the sane memories. The park has since been upgraded and has a fabulous splash pad to keep the kids ni e and cool.
Very nice equipment, but the playground equipment itself is probably age appropriate up to age 3 or 4. Older kids will want more. There's a nice basketball court there too, plus nice shaded area to run around.
I take my morning walks at this park, it is always so clean and well maintained. In addition its right across the street from my office which is a plus for me :)
