Confirmed from Hampton Pines Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Love this park!!! Early morning access for exercise starts at 7:30 - just walk across the bridge after parking in the outside lot. The outer paved trail is about 1 mile with lots of shade coverage. Alternate trails break up the monotony and there are workout stations too.

This is such a great park to visit. It's always kept clean, the walking and bike paths are so tranquil. The foliage and trees are beautiful. There's gazebo spaces to rent for parties. The kids parks are always clean, well kept and the swings don't squeak! This is a very nice park.

Beautiful park and very well kept. Lake view is beautiful. Gorgeous vegetation. Clean. Lots of parking. Love seeing all the squirrels, iguanas, birds, butterflies, and other animals in their natural habitat. Amazing walking path. It's a hidden gem in the heart of North Lauderdale.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
