Nice place. You do have to pay to get in. The trail is about 2 miles around the lake. There is a playground for kids too.
This is a very peaceful trail and ideal for those who are interested in getting some nature in without committing to hours upon hours of hiking. Although, there are many places you can stop and take in your surroundings and you can make an afternoon out of it. I enjoyed it as a child and again as an adult.
This is a nice park with a cookout area, if you are mobility impaired, some areas have gravel and a step-up. But know which way you came in? We got lost, trying to get out, especially at night.
It's a really good place to go enjoy family time by walking trough the trails and around the lake!! Beautiful place to take some beautiful family pictures
