Confirmed from Jacksonville Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lush park featuring play areas, athletic courts and open green space for picnics.

Very peaceful and beautiful place with multiple playgrounds and gazebos, picnic benches, grills, jogging/walking path that wraps around the whole park, soccer field, skate park, etc. The only bad thing and place at the park, which I suggest totally avoiding, is the restrooms.
Great park for younger kids. The green playground (west side of the park) is pretty well shaded in the mornings. The red playground (est side of the park) isn't as well shaded but kids 3 and under will love this playground. The only thing I will say I wish they had some swings.
Jacksonville Community Park is a really nice place for the entire family. There are lots of sidewalks to walk around on. Many areas around the park to just sit and relax. There are lots of historical and unique things to see here as well. There are lots of places for parking throughout the park.
Washed my dog at Pet Supplies. Brought him here to go for a walk. The walk would have been great had my dog not pulled me around the park trying to chase squirrels. Other than that. Beautiful spring day.
