Confirmed from January-Wabash Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Lake with fishing, plus a playground, water park and pavilion.
What runners say about January-Wabash Park
“It's an excellent spot to spend some time during the warmer months with its beautiful views and tranquil atmosphere.”
Beautiful in the fall. I enjoy watching the sunset, very beautiful. Not many fish biting but pretty good place to relax and walk. Update: this year the fish are biting like crazy! Still nice place to walk.
Nice urban park that’s clean and quiet. Paved walking path and a lake. Recommended.
Love this park. Lots of area to walk around the pond. There’s lots of benches. Public bathrooms, fishing, and picnics.
One of my favorite spots, particularly during summer or fall, is this place. The lake is a good size, offering multiple fishing spots or a chance to relax under a tree after a stroll on the trail. The playground equipment makes it ideal for families, and it's free!
