Confirmed from Jefferson State Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Clean park featuring a playground, a swing set and a baseball field plus picnic areas.
What runners say about Jefferson State Community Park
“Surprisingly clean restrooms considering its an outside facility.”
“A shady spot with grills (not sure if you can use them) Restrooms, shade, small parking lot.”
Walk here with my son on Sunday afternoons before it gets dark. Decent walking trail with a few exercise machines also. Sundays seems to be soccer game day so sometimes it can get a little crowded, but so far no issues.
Loved that there was a walking trail and a garden 😊. Wasn’t very crowded on Tuesday so that was a plus. The people playing soccer in the middle kept the ball on the grass so I didn’t have to worry about balls flying. May update this post after more exploring.
Perfect place to take a girl. Walking hand in hand, kissing on the benches, on the ball field. Good times
