Confirmed from Jidana Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring marsh and creek access, with trails, picnic tables, and a dock.

Escape to nature at Jidana Park, a 60-acre sanctuary offering peaceful recreation. Hike along scenic trails, have a picnic at a scattered table, or simply relax on a bench and observe the abundant birdlife. The park even provides a dock and canoe launch for exploring Minnehaha Creek.
Loved the access to the creek by dock. Road my bike on the trails to get there. Can’t wait to bring my dog for a swim.
The plank walk reminded me of a safari walk in the Selous Game Reserve. The tall reeds and prolific bird life.
Hidden gem. Bring a leash, but don't use it. In winter walk across the marsh to an island with great trails.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceBoardwalk — flat and scenic, and slick when wet, so watch your footing
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
