Great place for a run or easy hike. Trails aren't super long but the area is well-maintained. My dog loves coming here for walks too🙂
Also known as Griggistown Native Grassland Preserve. Has 6 different trails that is marked. Mostly flat. Part of the 10 Mile Run Greenway. Connects from Bunker Hill Natural Reserve on the Red Trail passing between a neighborhood to the Brown Trail. Multiple trails marked along the way.
Peaceful meadow walk that is beautiful any season. One trail goes through woods by a babbling creek. A lot of birds during warmer months. The path is wide and well mowed. Many wildflowers and beautiful grasses glowing in the sun. Bring waterproof shoes, it gets muddy in some places after rain or snow.
Meadow and woods. Great 6.5 mile hike. Look forward to trail markers for brown, purple and yellow trail.
