Confirmed from John Husar I&M Canal Bicycle Trail System's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Loved biking here for the first time ... very smooth ride. Was told that it used to be bumpy but it is now paved.

Great trail and parking area. This trail is super smooth and it connects to the centennial trail. It's my new favorite trail for road biking. It's very flat and very well maintained.
I've been coming here for 20 years! Great trail on both sides, there's even a more rugged version if you're into it.
