OMG, it's so quiet there. VERY peaceful. I went with my bf and rode my bike. I didn't get too far on the trail because the still and quietness made me want to relax and fully enjoy that. Which I did, I laid out my blanket and stared up at the sky, even got to read a little. I will definitely be going again.
Went for an 8 mile run today. Found this on a popular trails app. Fell a little short on distance, but a nicely developed trail. Kept going after pavement, and was a little muddy, but still pretty good for a March run.
Great trail. Wish it was paved completely, Last 1/2-3/4 mile was not and if it rains prior you can’t complete the whole trail.
Although perhaps not officially open (there was a series of cones and construction tape blocking off the parking lot and entrance to the path) I found a wide trail that could be enjoyed while walking skating or biking and enjoyed the opportunity to venture west until the end of the paved path (which unfortunately…
