Confirmed from Joiner Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
13-acre park with a wetland area, plus ball fields, a baseball diamond and play areas.
What runners say about Joiner Park
“Only one main street allows for a quiet time to daydream ir work on your tablet undisturbed.”
This has been remodeled and is much better. Now I'd call this a good place to bring the family. Big grass areas for sports, nice remodeled playground, and a really nice running/walking path around the expansive park and system field. Oh, and there is another littler playground on the softball side.
Love this park. We walk the loop often and there is plenty of room to roam. 2 playground, open fields, baseball/ softball field, open nature preserve area. There are bathrooms at this park as well! :)
Nice park with a walkway all the way around. 2 playgrounds, one for toddlers and one for big kids. Has wide open fields. One typically used for soccer, and the other for baseball. There's a couple of shaded benches, but not near enough for the sporting that's done there.
After the parking lot renovation paving over the dirt area this nice little park is just right for a quick break or a day long picnic! Walking distance from many homes on both sides, access is easy. A concrete path encircles the grass center making for scooters and scateboards as well as bikes and strollers.
Trail conditions & character
“Only down side is only 1 restroom and its on opposite side of small park and softball field and that is where we spend most of our time.”
“It's a good park to take your family to and even walk your dog in and just relax.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
