Confirmed from Judge Fulton Greer Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Judge Fulton Greer Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (219 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 4 mentions

“Other than that I really can only say it was clean and very busy so that must mean it is popular and serving the purpose intended.”

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“The trail goes along the beautiful Harpeth River and through attractive neighborhoods.”

We had a blast. This park is so beautiful. It was a beautiful day the Sun was shining and the sky was blue. There was some nice trails. Unfortunately my camera was broken that day and I did not get any pictures. But I live here in Franklin so there is always pictures to take next time I visit. Thank you.

Nice and close to nature. Good place for people who love fishing and kayaking. Walking trails are around play/picnic ground only. But cherry on top is the Splash park. Kids, as well as adults, love it. Very affordable price wise. Do check timings from the website before visiting.

Franklin has the best walking trails and green spaces. Safe for sure- but I never walk in the woods alone. The trail goes along the beautiful Harpeth River and through attractive neighborhoods.

We wanted a nice spot to walk after dinner and came here on a whim because it was the closest to our Airbnb. Parked in the canoe drop off lot since there was soccer practice going on at the other end of the park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
