Confirmed from Kemper Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Grassy area around a creek, featuring a playground plus benches and picnic tables.

Cute little park for walking, running, biking, and picnicking. They also have a small playground. Pretty nice and quiet place. I like spending time there.
Cute little park with a dirt infield ball field, walking path, playground, and benches/picnic tables.
Nice little park, good for kids, outdoor games and picnicking. Not the best if you are looking for a place to go on a long walk with your dog. My guess is that the paved trail is less than 0.5 mile long. There is also a creek running through it, but not any great spots to walk in or let your dog in.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great visit to **Kemper Park**! Clean, peaceful, and well maintained with plenty of open space to relax or take a walk. A nice community park that’s perfect for enjoying some fresh air and quiet outdoor time. Highly recommended! 🌳😊
