Great trail to the top of Kennedy, but it's steep and not for the faint of heart. Very limited parking at the trailhead.
Great trail that quickly takes you quite high. The first few miles are just up, up and up. The elevation is a out 90-100 meters per kilometer (9-10%). The views of San Jose and the Southern part of the Silicon Valley are spectacular. Mobile phone coverage is quite patchy. E g.
The trailhead has a very tiny parking lot (for 3 cars only), but you can park in the street. The start of the trail is smooth, but after 1milr it starts going up and up for 3 miles. You cannot ride your e-bike in this trail. Oh, and there is barely any reception at the trailhead.
This was a hard trail but worth it for ~3000 ft elevation gain in less than 10 miles
