Confirmed from Kids Creek Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Kids Creek Park
How to get there: Drive to the Khols' parking lot. The west side of khols is the closer entrance while the east side requires following US 31/37 for a few hundred yards to get to the entrance. This hike is all of 20-30 minutes long if you do not stop to look at the scenery.
I came on this trail to rink about my future and entrepreneurship aspirations. While on my walk, my good friend James called me. Our audio conversation and my visuals of the water/trail inspired me to continue my business venture.
Nice nature trail. Discovered the trail head while walking around the property at Great Wolf Lodge. Nice prairie and stream views.
Like a hidden nature park I found in a back alley. It kinda felt like I wasn't supposed to be there at the trailhead, but the trails themselves are really nice. It goes back and forth over and around the creek. Some of the boardwalks are looking pretty weathered. May need maintenance in a few years.
