Confirmed from Kiwanis Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Community venue with 3 separate baseball fields, plus a boat launch, a dog park and picnic tables.
What runners say about Kiwanis Park
“A group of us went to do a park clean-up and all though we did find garbage, the fields were pretty taken care of and generally clean.”
“We love this little walk it's so beautiful, and you get a look at all the old trains”
Great place to play baseball. I park her to access the river trail to go fishing. There is a kayak/canoe launch near the blue bridge as well. I was parked there for about an hour and accidentally walked away from my car leaving the drivers door open. I caught a nice sized smallmouth.
I love this park. My granny used to live around the corner from this park before it was developed. Great place to see frogs, turtles, water birds and catch fish. I love the board walk which takes you thru swamp and forest. As a bonus they have a dog park with two separated play areas.
The park is really nice, and it's always being utilized, which is Awesome! Today when I walked through on the River Walk, they had a big tournament, and it was pretty Cool!
Great place to play some baseball, take a walk across the blue bridge, see the trains coming and going or to fish...
