Kiwanis Park and Lake is a lovely spot in Tempe where families can enjoy a pleasant walk and let the kids play on the large playground. However, I understand that the condition of the restrooms can be quite disappointing.
Kiwanis Park is a great local spot if you're nearby. It has a nice walking trail around the lake that's about a mile long, plus running and biking trails along the exterior loops where you can get in around 5 miles.
Kiwanis Park in Tempe is an absolute gem! It’s the perfect spot for relaxation, outdoor fun, and family time. The lake is beautiful—great for paddle boating, fishing, or just enjoying the peaceful view. The park is always clean, well-maintained, and filled with friendly people.
This is such a large and versatile park; I love it! There is so much to do here! The lake is my favorite spot. You can watch the turtles sunbathe, the ducks swim, the hawk hunt or just people watch! The rest of the park has a ton of paved and gravel walking trails.
