Confirmed from Kohl Memorial Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Dog-friendly area with separate spaces for big and small breeds, along with baseball fields, basketball courts and volleyball courts.
What runners say about Kohl Memorial Park
“Had to clean several areas before we could set up for a family reunion cookout.”
This is the best park around for alone time, time with someone as well as family time. There is enough place for a quick walk and also a trial you can get lost for 15 mins. There are two volleyball courts and 2 basketball courts and upto three surrounded fields for dogs.
This park is actually one of my favorites in the area. The people in the dog park are for the most park nice and friendly and everyone is paying attention to what the dogs are up to. I love walking the trails and taking pictures of the plants. Its a nice mini get away from the city while still being insanely close.
Our local park . Very clean. Has pavilion. Barbecue Grills. public restroom. Just take a long walk or play many outdoor games. Good for Soccer, football, basketball ,volleyball ,cricket and tennis many people bring their Dogs. We actually call it Doggy Park. Overall I give it 10 out of 10
Nice small park. Our 5 year old enjoyed the playground, but both are smaller, so entertained her for about an hour. Playground is in direct sunlight, so be mindful of possible hot playground equipment. Our dogs enjoyed the nature trail. Recommend for a short outing.
