Confirmed from Kokosing Scenic River - Water Trail - Laymon Road Access' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Very nice walk. I saw some belted kingfishers and other birds. There are giant sycamore trees and some nicely placed benches.
This photo does not do Justice... Very beautiful Trails... the parallel trail in the woods is Magical in the Fall💝💓💗💞💖
Relaxing with just the right amount of rapids to keep things moving along, Knox County takes pride in keeping our rivers clean. Our family rides tubes but run into all sorts of water fun. Kayaking, canoe, fishing. Deep in some areas and shallow in parts. Great for first time river goers and experienced alike.
Water access to the Kokosing Water Trail. Kokosing Gap Trail (bike/hike) at the far end of the parking lot and several trails related to the Brown Environmental Center also converge here. Pedal/paddle connector with the next take out about 10 miles by river, and around 5 or 6 back on the trail.
