Kyger Reservoir is quickly becoming a crown jewel of Windsor. It’s along the Poudre River Trail and will soon have fishing and non-motorized boating thanks to a Fishing is Fun grant from Colorado Parks & Wildlife. If you have not been there in a while, check it out in 2025!
Nice to have a choice of soft or hard surfaces for running or walking. Good views, especially at sunset. Beautiful birds. Connects to the Poudre Trail. What's not to love?
Nice place to walk the dog and watch the birds. Eagles are often perched around the area. However, a lot of bicyclist , but you can work around them .
