Great place to see some wildlife. Lots of turtles and snakes. There are bald eagles too if you have good scope to see across the lake. We parked on roadside which was fine. Since the parking is tricky you won’t see lot of people. There is a bike trail too.
Like most have said, quiet and peaceful walk during the weekend. Haven't been during the week, but I definitely could see how it might be busy then. Otherwise, no real parking, but pulled off the road a bit and was fine since it was only me.
A pleasant, short walk. Apparently, photographers like to come early in the morning for the birds and waterfowl.
Love it…. Especially after a long day. Walk the stress away while enjoying the beautiful lake.
