Confirmed from Indian Creek Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Fenced and safe playground for tots and older kids with musical instruments, plus a walking trail.
What runners say about Indian Creek Greenway
“A nice playground for younger kids with a very clean restroom.”
“Beautiful area, great for picture taking or a quick homeschool trip.”
“Great playground with some shade for the summer!”
Kid friendly outdoor play space - our little ones had a wonderful hour of play here. Younger than 8yrs would have a great time, any older and they might get bored. We enjoyed the slides, monkey bars, xylophone, maps, drums, sea saw, etc - all in a fenced area where parents can view.
Great playground with some shade for the summer! Lots of fun things for kids if all ages. You can also take a nice walk over the bridge and down to the Morrisville library. There is currently construction on the road next to the park which can be noisy but fun for the kids to watch.
This is a nice mostly shaded trail. It is short on a bike but can connect to another trail adjacent town hall dr. I can get at least 7 miles bike riding. Scenery is pleasant and there are a few hills to provide a challenge.
Absolutely gorgeous and well maintained trail. Peaceful and calm. A lovely gem. Trails like this make North Carolina shine. Five stars from me and my dog. I highly recommend checking out this greenway.
