Confirmed from Lake Centerton's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🏃 great for running 2 mentions

“Great little park with a running creek flowing through the middle.”

Updated from 3 to 4 star review as the city has done some amazing work to the lake and park. Now with a working splash pad, Frisbee golf, hammock retreat area great playground and nearby treats and BBQ restaurant this is truly become a gemstone for Centerton.

So nice to have this beauty within walking distance of Sienna Estates.

Pretty neat small lake. They have a walking sidewalk around it. I see people fishing alot and they do stock it with fish. They have some benches to sit and rest. This also connects via sidewalks to a park. I have seen no fishing signs before but only for a couple weeks so not sure what that was about.

Lake Centerton is a lovely place to enjoy nature. The lake flows into a little waterfall. It has a paved walking trail around it with metal benches. I have seen several people fishing there as well. It joins with a creek and play area, as well as frisbee golf (McKisic Creek Station).

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

“Nice simple walking trail that we started at the parking lot behind Sonic, and continues next to the lake and then follows the stream as it makes it's way to Allen Road.”
