Confirmed from Lenape Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Lenape Trail
“Small trail with beautiful view and ducks on your way.”
“Super peaceful trail by the lake!”
Super peaceful trail by the lake!🥰 Walking here is almost like a beautiful dream! Especially during FALL! The ducks by the lake are absolutely gorgeous and the calmness is therapy honestly!! Well maintained and the paved way is clean! Its a really beginner friendly hike🙌🏼
What a beautiful trail. Water on one complete side of the trail. So much wildlife if you slow down to look in hidden spots
This trail is a great place to walk, jog, or bike. I have been here a couple of times before and loved my experience. My friend and I took a walk here more recently and we saw a lot of birds - turkey vulture, geese, gulls, sparrows, tufted titmouse, red bellied woodpecker.
Beautiful location for the walking trail. One mile of the trail has been resurfaced, however the mile closest to George Davison Rd has potholes and broken at the edges. Be careful in that section. Photo is a sunrise over the resurfaced section.
