Confirmed from Mill Pond Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

This park is beautiful and it has some benches along the trail, where you can seat to rest or have a picnic 🤩 I walked 6 km (going and back) with my husband. There is a small parking lot but I left at 9am and it was still half full. And it has the most beautiful sunrise that I ever saw in this area!!!

Definitely one of my favorite trails! Good place for walking and fishing! I love the ground is not rough or difficult to walk so that I can enjoy the whole nature that this park offers, which is great for riding bicycles as well. There’s also a quite spacious parking lot right across the street.

First thing first, Mill Pond Park is a great park featuring picturesque views and calming hiking paths. Particularly attractive is the lakeside area, along Maple Avenue, by the park's official entrance. There is a fishing and kayaking dock, and benches inviting to enhoy beautiful vista-like views.

The pathway is so well thought through.. provides some walk by the river and then some forest and some living area.. quite a mix in the 2 mile strech.. I go there regularly and come across different people.. some say hi, some in their world and some exercising.. I'd recommend if you in the area.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
