Confirmed from Lippman Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a fishing pond, a playground, and picnic areas, plus mountain biking and hiking trails.
What runners say about Lippman Park
“The park is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean.”
“There is amazing scenery up there when you're done biking, lots of scenic overlooks that are great for taking it all in.”
Stayed in Kerhonkson about ten minutes away in an amazing Airbnb. Stumbled upon this amazing underrated park. Extremely well maintained! It’s absolutely gorgeous in the Fall as well. Little pond in the center, some easy trails nearby, kids playground, ample parking, and areas to set up bbqs or other parties.
Great park for little ones. They playground is vast and has sets for youger kids as well as older kids. There is a path around the pond for a nice short walk. There is are two pavilions and some picnic tables, great for weekends with the family. Their restroom are clean and we'll kept.
Fun fishing. However the catfish is all we caught and all were covered in parasites. Just keep a mind out. All in all, a nice place to go. There is little grill pits to go either the family, there are trails and I think there could be up to 3 ponds there as well as trails around them all. Some trails are paved.
Lipman Park is a nice and fairly large town park. It features a big playground, a pond, several pavilions, an electric vehicle charging station and many picnic, barbecue and seating areas. There is a fairly large network of trails, which seems built and maintained for bicycle use but also make nice hiking trails.
