Confirmed from Little Greenbrier and Roundtop Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking area featuring kid-friendly trails and attractions including Laural Falls.
What runners say about Little Greenbrier and Roundtop Trailhead
“Beautiful view, a very well kept and marked trail without being intrusive to the environment.”
Nice little trail. There was some tree obstructions probably from a storm that didnt let us keep going but the actual trail has some good elevation to see some height off the mountain. Walking path is pretty narrow, would have to step aside if someone is coming against your flow.
My wife and I did a little 3-5 mile there-and-back from a small trailhead at the entrance of the National Park. Beautiful view, a very well kept and marked trail without being intrusive to the environment. ***Recommend bringing bear spray just to be safe.
This is a great trail but right now there are 11 trees down the first mile and 2 or 3 you have to crawl under to get past.I walked about 4 miles on a good incline pretty close to the point where you start going down toward Laura falls trail and walked back about 8 miles total.ONE GOOD WORKOUT!!!!!!
Got to see a bear on the way to Metcalfe Bottoms picnic area after hiking Little Greebrier trail.
