The park district of Lombard keeps this place looking great year round. I walk the dog here every day. Nice walking paths, a little lagoon, tennis courts, Frisbee golf and so much more provided for free by the park district. The annual fireworks are held here as well.
Big beautiful park comprised with every possible amenity you might ask for in a Public setting. Two seprate play areas for infant, toddlers & kids. One huge grass ground for free play, running, jogging or just meditating(if you wish) plus, a few picnic benches.
This is a great park. It has two playgrounds, one on the northeast side, one on the south side. Northeast has a spot for tots and bigger kids. It has a popular Frisbee golf course. It has baseball fields. And lots of walking paths with open view, plus a small pond that you can walk around.
What a great find! Beautiful keep clean and mowed park. The walkways are endless. Not sure how many miles but it's a fun walk with my pup. Oh there are also tennis courts, a basketball court, a skateboard track, pavillion, and miles of places to enjoy the shade or sun. And a porta-potty.
