Confirmed from Lone Pine Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Nature preserve featuring trails for walking and biking alongside the Boardman River.
What runners say about Lone Pine Trail
“Many scenic overlooks and benches.”
“Great hike with the family, trails are well marked and easy to navigate”
“Very peaceful and full of nature.”
“It's a very easy trail but in the fall, has some spectacular views and color”
The trails are kind of close to Keystone in a couple of spots, but the sound of the river overpowers the sounds of the vehicles on the road. There aren't as many people on these trails which is good because my dog is not always well behaved with strangers.
Nice nature trail along the Boardman River... Beautiful! My girlfriend and I had a nice, romantic outing.. walking, talking, holding hands... A awesome day together in one of the many awesome places to visit here in the Great Up North!
Great trails with some lovely views along the Boardman river! A little muddy today as it just snowed in early spring so as to be expected. Can't wait to come here more this summer and maybe bike ride the trails!
Beautiful walk and scenery. Would recommend bringing a light jacket. It does get chilly in areas.
