Confirmed from Lyman Reserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Trail for hiking and walking, plus a beach.

Dogs allowed on leash, beautiful well maintained trails. To get to the trail along the shoreline, you need to cross the street. There is a crosswalk but people do tend to fly down the road. We found a tick on my dog so make sure you're prepared with bug spray!
Wonderful walking 🚶♂️ trails 👣. Beautiful little beach along Buttermilk Bay. Not strenuous. Very pleasant and scenic woods. Red Brook and salt marches are fascinating.
