We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Lynn Creek Nature Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Lynn Creek Nature Trail
Lovely little trail. Parking leaves a bit to be desired, but still lovely. I took my kids out, we had a picnic at the top of a hill at the end of one trail, then came back. Will most likely be back again.
Beautiful area for hiking. Shorter or longer options. Dog and family friendly. There is even a sign for your dog so they can know the rules of the trail.
Moderate level trail with narrow sections next to precipitous edges, no railings, and some steep inclines. Short and long loops to choose from. If bringing kids make sure they understand to stay ON the path. TICKs galore in May.
Nice little loop tucked away in a hidden spot. Great place to get some fresh air and some exercise. Just wish it was a bit longer. Had to take several loops to get a satisfactory hike in.
Trail conditions & character
“I pulled 6 off one dog (on tick prevention), and 8+ out of my shoes despite using a tick and bug spray and staying on the center of the trail.”
“Moderate level trail with narrow sections next to precipitous edges, no railings, and some steep inclines.”
