Confirmed from Paper Mill (Trail Part Of The Green Circle)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green-Circle-linked trail for biking and hiking, with hills and riverside views.
What runners say about Paper Mill (Trail Part Of The Green Circle)
“Well maintained trail with great.”
“Beautiful and very scenic, if you enjoy a moderately challenging trail along the water you'll enjoy this area.”
This may be our favorite bike trail in Wisconsin. On many trails, you just have a flat railroad bed, without a lot of interesting scenery. But the green circle is different. It goes up and down and through Woods. Through City. Along the river.
The trees form a sort of tunnel overhead and it's really pretty right next to the river. Do be advised that there's hills and loose gravel, though the biggest hill can be walked around with a path on the river side of it.
Great place to take dog forca walk, downside can't hear bikes coming from behind you, just hard with lesh and pup, Stevens point no leash dog fenced in is awesome for the dog to meet others and run like the wind,so far people and pets are outstanding, recommendation from our 4 legged friend gives it a paw up,nice place
The Stevens Point Green Circle trail is awesome. Diverse riding trails and landscapes. Probably the best all around trails I have ever ridden in Wisconsin.
