Confirmed from Mac Gray Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring softball and baseball fields, plus a public restroom.
What runners say about Mac Gray Park
“Clean family fun, great vibe, music amazing local artist, good food, rides, long lines, what else could you ask for in a county fair 💯😘💜🙌🏼 my niece and I had a great time!”
It's a quiet Park except when baseball or softball games are going on. It's the place that we have walked our German Shepherd every day or every other day for 9 years. It could have some more amenities. Maybe access to the bathrooms? (After all, before the parks were redesigned the bathrooms were accessible.
Excellent girls softball facility. Concessions have a good number of items to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Prattville Parks & Rec hire local teens to work the concession stand, so parents don't have to run the concession stand and they can watch their kids play ball.
Trail conditions & character
“Fields are well maintained and restrooms are usually clean even with all the kids out there.”
“Nice people, decent food on game days, and plenty of parking.”
