I absolutely love this place. It's such a peaceful and beautiful part of Lubbock. Walking there is my getaway from such a chaotic day. And my destress 🫠you may see me walking around the water lake area enjoying my evening walks👋🏽
There couldn’t be a better park to host wonderful events like the Fishing Derby hosted by the 100 Black Men of West Texas. It’s a beautiful park with lots of room for everyone to enjoy all outdoor activities in like from walking, to biking, to fishing, have a picnic and never feel crowded.
Great park that my athlete runs at during cross country season but the building near has started to charge for parking recently so bring cash if you are parking at the grey and orange building!
