Confirmed from Marshall Square Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park founded in 1878, with a picturesque Victorian fountain, Civil War monument & playground.

“Set in the neighborhoods of west Chester with brick wall ways and tree lined streets.”
This small town park is a hidden gem! It's adorned with a variety of beautiful trees, each labeled with their names, which is a helpful touch for nature enthusiasts. You'll find charming pathways for leisurely walks and a playground for the little ones.
Good sized park/playground for a variety of activities. Two sections of playground which are good for the younger kids as well as the older 5-12 age range. Swings that are good for toddlers up to adults. Basketball court available for court activities and even have some exercise classes available to join.
Gorgeous park! Incredible trees, and so well managed. A great place for a picnic. Took my toddler here to play and unfortunately the play area is in full sun and was too hot to use, but we had a blast just walking around and enjoying nature.
