Confirmed from Martin Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Well maintained, different sectors for activities.”

Very nice and clean. Shaded area so it is great for the hot days. There is trials to walk or bike on as well. Skate park and pool.

Very nice park in East Hartford, CT. Well maintained, different sectors for activities. There is a pool and pool house on site and free to Connecticut residents. Bathrooms on premises. There is a short walking trail etc.

★★★★☆ — Sha , Aug 2022

Pool is nice, small one is warm for parents to get in with the little ones, and big pool starts at 3ft so toddlers can stand, but goes to 10ft where big kids, have to pass a test, can swim on thier own. new playscape is nice. also had places to picinc, and do other sports, also looked like lots of walking area...

Park is pretty much well maintained. It has a pavilion and other types of covered eating tables. As well as plenty of benches to sit. It also has a skate park, baseball field and other types of fields. One last thing to mention of the road it has a walking / bike trail

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
