We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of McAlpine Creek Greenway Connector yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Good family friendly place.”
Great path for biking! Almost perfectly flat and we'll paved. Sometimes gets full but never too much
Great trails for biking. A variety of wooded, open space, and water view trails.
It's a favorite place, one of my pup's and my daily rotation of walking/hiking places. It's well has varied trails, including one steep hill that's part of the 5K race path.
Overall pretty safe area to walk. I wish they would update this greenway though. It could use more cleanup in spots and more flowers to enjoy while you run but overall it’s nice. Much more fun with friends! Safer too!
