Confirmed from McKee Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring pavilions, concessions & restrooms, plus tennis, baseball & basketball facilities.
What runners say about McKee Park
“The Pavillion is big enough to shade multiple families, and there are table scattered around the area.”
My baby loves it. There is a walking sidewalk with lots of shade. There is even a swing you and your baby can get on together. His first time swinging we got to do together. Many slides and climbing toys. There are many things to do here. Tennis courts, basketball, baseball fun park.
Very nice park. There's a music section and several different basketball courts, tennis courts, baseball fields, etc. It's really big and there's a lot to do there so long as you bring your own ball. It's also great for just walking around to enjoy nature. It's great for all events and ages.
One of the largest parks in Starkville. Baseball fields, picnic areas, and playground for kids. I love the music path they put in where xylophones and other instruments are placed along the walkway. The trees are beautiful in Fall; my family had family photos taken here.
The park is nice and had a play ground for kids in different age groups. The Pavillion is big enough to shade multiple families, and there are table scattered around the area.
