Don't keep driving by, and stop for a quick walk! Great place with a lot to offer. Preserve is open from dusk till dawn, leashed pets welcome. Beautiful little grassland that leads into a wooded area. Lots of wildflowers throughout.
Another great little preserve in Queensbury to visit free. Not a bunch of parking & no restrooms or outhouse & very close to housing developments. Nice walking or running trails that meander through forest and fields, and you even get to stop & see Halfway Brook (maybe dip your toes in), which runs on the border of…
Nice little place hidden near a neighborhood and golf course. A good place to go for a walk and enjoy nature.
Meadowbrook Preserve is a 44-acre multi-recreational park located in Queensbury, NY,. The preserve contains a 2.1 mile trail system that goes through some very scenic woods and wetlands. Along the way there are interpretive signs that educate you as you move through the preserve.
