Confirmed from Mel Mc Kay Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a basketball court.
What runners say about Mel Mc Kay Park
“This park was so clean and very inviting and quiet, and the scene was beautiful.”
My review is all about the newly refurbished pickleball courts, which are fantastic! There are 6 courts (3 on each side with a nice lane down the middle with benches and some sun blocking overhangs). It’s all fenced in with nice gates for each court.
It has a nice paved trail in wooded area near pickleball courts. Also, larger path connects the pickleball courts to a baseball field and tennis courts. Some nice open spaces for a smaller park.
Nice path for kids to ride on. Basketball hoops, tennis courts, baseball diamond, playground for kids to play. The park is well taken care of
Very beautiful big and playful park for people all ages. Basketball courts, tennis, racket ball, football, running, and etc.
