Confirmed from MEPRD Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a variety of trails for walking, biking, and exercising, plus public restrooms.
What runners say about MEPRD Trailhead
“It's clean, convenient, nice rest rooms, great seating and eating area, plenty of space to walk pets if necessary.”
If you live in Saint Louis and you want to use the excellent, paved MEPRD Bike Trails, this is a good place to start. Parking is secure and there are flush bathrooms. I ride with a group that meets here weekly at 9am.
Excellent trails. Would be nice to have more benches along them, however they are well maintained. Nice to have so many options for a long bike ride.
VERRY AWSOME TRAIL TO BIKE also safe because grass around road = no burn to get road rash or to car wreak
Loved the pavement and the absence of automobile traffic. No hills though, nice leisurely, no stress ride. There are 7 different trails and most can be linked to provide an overall ride of 25-40 miles if you structure it right. If you're not a strong rider you'll love these trails. 😀
