Confirmed from Woodland Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Recreational park with playgrounds, picnic shelters, a pond, disc golf, baseball fields, and hiking trails.
What runners say about Woodland Park
“Woodland has so much to offer, from playgrounds and beautiful scenery, to disc golf and clean pavilions, everything is very well maintained.”

They're in the middle of constructing new covered picnic areas at the moment but still a nice place to take kids to the playground, shoot hoops, walk in nature by the ponds, or play disc golf.
Beautiful park but no shade on any of the playgrounds. Great for walking and hiking and lots of different playgrounds but all super hot and not good for babies.
Trail conditions & character
“Woodland has so much to offer, from playgrounds and beautiful scenery, to disc golf and clean pavilions, everything is very well maintained.”
“Only downside is that there’s lots of birds doing bird things, so if you take a hungry dog, keep an eye on what they might try to eat.”
“They have 4 different playgrounds, bathrooms and a big fishing lake.”

- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
