Confirmed from Mercy Community Nature Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Mercy Community Nature Preserve
“The trails are well signed and easy to follow.”
Pleasant and well maintained trails tucked away near the hospital. The trails aren't long, but there are several routes to choose from to mix up each visit. Makes you forget that you're only a few hundred feet away from US 224! Several picnic tables and benches throughout the trail. Minor elevation changes.
This is an excellent nature preserve with a little over a mile of looping trails. There is an upland trail that skirts a low bluff and a lowland trail that meanders along Wolf Creek. The trails are well signed and easy to follow. The trails are generally packed dirt and are well groomed.
A trail thru the woods lots of different mushrooms snails its 2 miles if u take the longest trail will go back
Small out of the way nature preserve. Almost all of the trail is covered in shade.. so perfect for those hot sunny days. Cool totem pole at the entrance as well.
